1063- 2 Yr Ultimate Digital Under $500 The digital still equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate according to
manufacturerÆs specifications for a period of 2 additional years from the expiration of
the manufacturerÆs warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service
contact must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment hereunder
is purchased. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit us at
www.mackcam.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping

Mack Camera & Video Service is not responsible for international shipping charges or for
any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon CustomÆs clearance.
This exclusive warranty covers most malfunctions including impact, sand damage, and
customer misuse. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no
charge to you (this includes internal parts and labor). If the equipment cannot be restored
to manufacturerÆs specifications the unit will be replaced at fair market value.
This service contract is not for professional use or professional cameras. The service contract
only applies to new cameras and is only valid within the Continental U.S. This service contract
is not transferable.
This service contract does not cover liquid damage, cracked lens elements, cosmetic repair,
accessory flashes, accessory lenses, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software,
remotes, cables, firmware upgrades and additional accessories. Cracked lens elements,
LCDÆs and cosmetics will be repaired at the cost of parts only. If cosmetics interfere with
the repair of the camera, cosmetics must be repaired.
Mack Camera & Video Services Inc. will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits,
inconvenience, consequential damages or other related expenses.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only
valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service.
A separate lens service contract is available for interchangeable lenses.
