photographic specifications for a period of 1 years from date of purchase (excluding the first
45 days from purchase date).
In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid
with warranty #, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of
difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield,
N.J. 07081 with a check for $10.00 for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this
includes warranted parts and labor). Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is
assured the original purchaser only, provided the equipment has not been, misused,
tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, sand, impact or lack of
proper care as indicated in the manual operations. This limited warranty is not transferable.
Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if
invoices are not paid according to terms and not valid until after receipt of payment from
dealer. Parts pending availability from manufacturer.
This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover flashes,
batteries, lens, data backs and additional accessories, or other expenses or consequential
damages. SLR lens requires separate warranty. Camera must be less than 10 years old at
the time of purchase to qualify for this warranty.
Retain this portion of your contract, it is your proof of ownership. You will be required to
present it for service. Distinctive markings not listed on warranty card below will be
considered as new.
